Truman Wright is the CEO and founder of RigMax. He combined 40 years of oil and gas experience and a higher calling to serve into a vision: a company dedicated to helping the people and countries in which it operates with an emphasis on creating opportunities for them as well as RigMax. Truman was raised in the oil fields of East Texas in a family of roughnecks. His formal career includes experience with Houston Oil and Minerals, Twin Arrow Inc., SPG Exploration, Buzzini Drilling and independently brokering equipment and supplies.
He has held senior leadership positions in managing resource appropriation, risk, environment, and safety & health to create economic and social success. Through his vast experience, he has established a global network of relationships built on trust, accountability, and transparency.
His field experience, understanding of the oil and gas industry and processes, coupled with his business acumen serve to equip him to partner with others to bring this vision to reality.
Joe Page brings over 30 years as a Legal Professional with unique depth and breadth in domestic and international legal issues coupled with experience in launching and developing key business units, start-ups and business initiatives within international, multi-cultural organizations.
His experience includes serving as a Director, Interim CEO, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for mid-market companies and specific experience with established public and private equity as well as start-up companies in business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy & restructuring, senior executive transition, corporate governance, environmental and compliance programs, litigation management, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) and export control.
Leesa Foster has over 35 years of experience as a petroleum negotiator both internationally and in U.S. Gulf of Mexico oil and gas operations. She has been the President of RigMax LLC since 2018.
Ms. Foster has been a petroleum negotiations consultant for Pemex, the national oil company of Mexico, as well as the Land Manager for Maersk Oil America and Ecopetrol America, having established the negotiations department for both companies.
Her career has also included experience as a petroleum negotiator at Anadarko Petroleum and Noble Energy. Ms. Foster believes that establishing strong and trusting professional relationships is the foundation for successful oil and gas ventures. She is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and holds a B.A. from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Houston

She brings a broad range of legal experience from trial work while a partner in her own firm to consulting work for various companies including the international manufacturing company, Mayekawa USA. Tamara has a Management & International Business degree from Baylor University and a Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law and speaks 6 languages.

Dr. Ali Bhuriwala is a Medical Graduate of 1991 from Dow Medical College, Karachi, Pakistan and did his Residency Training in Internal Medicine at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
He moved to Texas in 1996 and started Primary Care practice in Montgomery and Huntsville, Texas. He transitioned to Hospital based medicine in 2007 where he has been successfully running a group of 40 Physicians in North Houston area. Dr. Bhuriwala sits on several committees and boards and has a keen interest in Medico-Social aspects of Medicine. He leads several projects with the concept of Impact Investments which have significant impact in the community, both local and abroad.
Dr. Bhuriwala leads the Business and Investor relationships for RigMax where he identifies investors and social programs associated with business and social interests of the communities they serve.
Jeannine has 40 years of experience as a Petroleum Engineer speciailizing in enhancing hydrocarbon production to maximize the value of petroleum properties.
She is also highly experienced in analyzing the economics and risk assessments of major development programs, including estimating reserves and forecasting for property evaluations and development planning, and carrying out reservoir characterization studies to optimize recoveries. Jeannine also provides consulting expertise in Global Training and Development, Petroleum Economics and Decision Analysis, as well as training courses for Schlumberger NExT in worldwide locations. Jeannine’s experience has included positions as Director of Curriculum, Economics and Finance and Multi-discipline Training Programs at Schlumberger; as well as Asset Technical Team Leader, Chief Engineer, Reservoir Engineer, Production Supervisor, and Facilities Engineer at Kerr McGee, Pennzoil, National Energy Group, and Mobil E&P. She holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.Ed. in Global Training & Development. Jeannine is a State of Texas Registered Professional Engineer and has been a 40-year active member of SPE.
